The Dayton T. Brown, Inc. Model A/F27T-10 Hydraulic Component Test Stand is a self contained test system designed for manual and computer aided test and evaluation of wide variety of hydraulic and electrohydraulic components at operating pressures up to 8000 psi.


Hydraulic Test Stand: MODEL A/F27T-10

The Model A/F27T-10 Hydraulic Component Test Stand contains two supply and return circuits, one pneumatic static circuit, and one static proof circuit.


Fluid Test Circuits
Circuit 1:  60 gpm maximum flow
Circuit 2: 60 gpm maximum flow with directional control        
Pneumatic Static Circuit: 0 to 8,000 psig
Static Proof Circuit: 0 to 16,000 psig


Performance Characteristics
Supply Pressure: 8000 psi maximum independently adjustable on all circuits
Return Pressures: 1500 psi maximum independently adjustable on all circuits (3000 psig max optional)
Pneumatic Static Circuit: 0 to 8,000 psig
Static Proof Circuit: 0 to 16,000 psig


Facility Input Requirements
Electrical Power: 440 to 480 VAC, 3-phase, 60 HZ, 250 amp
Cooling Water: 135 gpm at 70° F maximum inlet temperature, 10 psid minimum supply to return

Hydraulic Test System Model LE 6000R


DTB's Model LE6000R General Purpose Hydraulic Test System is designed for test and evaluation of wide variety of hydraulic and electrohydraulic components at pressures up to 6000 psi.


Hydraulic Test System: MODEL LE 6000R

The LE 6000R Test System has three supply and return circuits, one leakage test circuit, and one static test circuit.

Circuit 1:  90 gpm maximum flow
Circuit 2: 40 gpm maximum flow
Circuit 3 40 gpm maximum flow with directional control
Leakage Circuit 30 cis maximum
Static Proof Circuit: 0 to 10,000 psig (0 to 20,000 psig optional)


Performance Characteristics
Supply Pressure: 6000 psi maximum independently adjustable on all circuits
Return Pressures: 5000 psi maximum independently adjustable on all circuits 
Temperature: 160 degrees F maximum
